SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPLYING FILES
• Create a full-colour label in cmyk, not in rgb
• Generate a label, printed in 1, 2 or 3 colours as PMS (not in cmyk)
• Mention the correct pms-numbers for a label made in pms colours
• The resolution must be at least 300 dpi
• The font should not be too small:
- positive min.5 pnt.
- diapositive min.7 pnt.
• Line width shouldn’t be too narrow:
- positive min. 0.1 mm.
- diapositive min. 0.2 mm.
• The grid values should not be below 10% or above 90%
• Always attach fonts and/or illustrations that are used
• The label must be placed in a frame with the image centered
• The label’s outer diameter cannot exceed 117 mm. The inner diameter
must be at least 18 mm. (no trapping)
• Never compress
• When using a MAC computer: create letter contours
• Always save the file as a PDF
